missingWrote a review on Jul 14vibrant designdelicious breakfastpeaceful surroundingsslippery shower
Unique architecture and vibrant design caught my eye right away. The breakfast options offered a delicious start to the day, and the quiet surroundings allowed for a peaceful stay despite being just three tram stops from the city center.
Temperature in the rooms lacked control. A/C wasn't on yet, making it tough to sleep until later in the evening. The open shower setup can become a slippery hazard, which is something to consider if you're traveling with kids. Additionally, being in East Amsterdam means a 15 to 20-minute tram ride to major attractions, which could be cumbersome for families needing to work around nap schedules.

wouldn't hesitate to stay there again
Had a great time in the superior deluxe double room. It was spacious with hardwood floors, a cozy seating area, and a fun swing. The tea and coffee setup was nice, and the large TV was a plus. The location is super convenient for exploring, with easy tram access and a supermarket nearby. Spa facilities were also available, which added a nice touch during the stay.

I enjoyed the quirky interior design of the room. The fun swing added a playful touch, making the space unique. The proximity to public transport made exploring the city easy. Staff were polite and attentive, which added to the overall comfort. However, the shower pressure was disappointing. It often felt inadequate, making showers a less enjoyable experience. Also, accessibility could be better. not all areas felt senior-friendly. Next time, I might look for a room with better facilities.
